cellular not working

when i try to connect to any social media apps it will not connect and work it won’t download applications and the phone is brand new, says unable to connect to internet when i have cell service and wifi transferred sim card from old phone upgraded because this issue started on that phone and carried over to my new iphone 13

If this is a new device, I would suggest that you contact your carrier as soon as possible and see if you need a new SIM since the iPhone 13 is a 5G device. Are you getting internet service when you are connected to wi-fi?
