hi my laptop says it’s “connected” to my wifi but the wifi isn’t working , it works ok every other device apart from my laptop

It can't both work and not work at the same time. What do you mean by "wifi isn’t working"?

My iPad and iPhone can connect to my network and internet works great however when I try to use MacBook it shows wifi connected but the internet doesn’t work on it.
