The Apple TV is telling me that my Apple ID has not been used on iTunes and Apple store before ...how can I be able to fix it and I don't have my iphone

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> to review your account information.

Click Review repeatedly.

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the App Store.
