Migrating from OneDrive to iCloud

I have been a OneDrive user for many years and I have accumulated about 700gb of data. Now I am fully in the Apple ecosystem and I want to transfer all my files to iCloud so I can stop my subscription of OneDrive.

What is the best and safest way to migrate all my files to iCloud?

Thank you.

There's only one way to do that... manually.

There is no direct connection between iCloud and OneDrive, so your best and only bet, is to manually download your content and copy it over onto iCloud.

If you have the One Drive app for Mac, you can drag and drop files and folders from the folder you set for One Drive in Finder and into the iCloud Drive location.
