How to get more storage on my phone

Apple dosent upgrade physical storage for iPhone. But 3rd party repairs can by removing the NAND chip and replacing it with a higher storage one. But it is costly and before the iPhone 12 all Bluetooth and wifi addresses are in the chip so they will be removed.

You don't, you will need to delete or offload data off your phone to regain back internal memory.
