I have an iphone 6s that will not restart. I get the cable with the arrow pointing to the computer. the system will not update i says i have to restore. I go thru the process of restore i get unk error occured 2009

I have an iphone 6s that will not restart. I get on the screen the cable with the arrow pointing to the computer. I used the computer to try and update but the systems cannot update and says I have to restore. I go thru the process of restoring and at the end I get the message Unknown error occurred (2009). What does this mean?
