Four unread iMessages indicated on Mac, yet there are absolutely no-unread-imessages on Mac or Iphone
Others appear to have the same issue. I've been on the phone with advanced tech support a couple of times. Once we though we had it, but after the phone call was over- a count of four unread iMessages came up again on the Mac. Apple products work so well, this is so frustrating.
Help, anyone.
Steps we've tried:
-sign in/sign out of iMessages within Mac
-restarts
-toggling notifications of messages on and off on Mac
-reviewing the entire message history to insure there are no unread messages.
Again, phone shows no unread messages....
