How to add Leading lines in Table of Contents in Pages for iPad?

Check out the following information to see if this helps with creating a table of contents with the leading lines you're looking for. You can choose which paragraph styles to include in the table of contents and change the indentation.

1. If you haven’t already done so, apply paragraph styles to the text you want to appear in the table of contents.

2. Tap at the top of the screen.

3. To modify the TOC, tap Edit in the top-right corner of the table of contents, then do any of the following:

• Change which paragraph styles are enabled: Tap the circle next to paragraph styles you want to include.

• Change the indentation of entries: Tap the indent or outdent button to the right of a selected style. If a button is dimmed, you can’t move the entry in that direction.

4. To close the Select Styles controls when you’re finished making changes, tap Done.

To close the table of contents, tap anywhere in the document. If you’re sharing a document with others, any changes you or others make to the table of contents don’t appear in the TOC until you close and reopen it.
