I have a Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Case with Trackpad for iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation) and the keyboard is not working. I’ve watch YouTube videos and looked into apple discussions. I can’t find out what’s wrong! Does anyone have a idea

When something isn't working with a 3rd party device, it's best to contact the manufacturer of that device.
