My Twitter account was limited

So I used a appleid.com account when I logged in for Twitter but a few days ago I made a mistake and said something that got my account limited and I need an email to recover it. But when I copy and paste the appleid.com email I was using for it, it doesn’t work I did get an email for it but the verification code did not work and now I don’t get anymore emails from that appleid.com email when I try to verify again! I don’t know if this is a apple problem or Twitter problem but I will contact Twitter after I receive an answer from apple. Thank you!
