Migrating from Microsoft OneNote to Apple Notes

I want to transfer all my notebooks and pages and notes from OneNote into Apple Notes. I am on OneNote 2016 and want to preserve my folders and notes.

The formats allowed by OneNote are docx, doc, pdf, xms, mht. and onepkg , but do not believe Apple Notes will allow this to be imported and keeping the structure.

To make this even more difficult, both computers are fairly locked down, so cannot download Evernote and use as a means to transfer

Any suggestions?

I wish i could , OneNote for Mac requires a Microsoft account and stored all data in OneDrive .That is against company policy to store data outside of corp network

Typically you'd set up Notes to store its content in the cloud too, though I appreciate you don't have to. Perhaps you can petition your IT dept. to let you install Evernote to make the transition, otherwise it looks like it might require a lot of work.
