in-game purchase being made without my knowledge

I recently saw an in-game purchase for some gems over at Genshin Impact being made without my knowledge. i dont use a share apple ID nor do i connect it to multiple device.

I can confirm that money has already been taken out of my bank account but i see no sign of the transaction in my purchase history (cant request a refund) nor have i recieved the said gems in my game.

afterwards, i find that it was categorized as “pending” which left me confused as i already saw money being extracted.

how can i fix this? and how can i ask apple for help?
