Iphone recovery

I'm trying to recover my old Iphone but it keeps saying " attempting data recovery" every time I enter in the password and, (I don't know the password) I've tried about 7 times already.

Unable to restore iPhone 12 mini from Windows iPhone 12 mini, having trouble restoring from a Windows computer. Message comes back that password doesn't match with the password to unlock the iPhone. Sometimes message says that password doesn't match with the password used during backup. I have used my apple ID password and even my iPhone unlocking password but it doesn't complete the restoring process and never restores to the date of the backup on the computer.
