My Apple mobile phone was stolen. Even if the Apple ID on the phone is removed from the stolen device, I suspect that it is being misused. How can this be confirmed? I previously used an i phone7 mobile phone. The phone was stolen by a person on 23/06/2023. According to the law of Sri Lanka, I made a complaint about it. Later, I reinstalled the same Apple ID for the new phone I bought, iPhone SE. It was confirmed that the previous phone (i phone7) still had my Apple ID. My friends iPhone was stolen, their Apple ID is no longer supported or valid, they are in my stolen phone and Dind My is off. I know an Account Recovery is needed but can’t Apple or Find My and intervene? My friends iPhone was taken by a scorned ex. She has somehow gotten into the phone. His Apple ID is no longer valid or supported. He plans on doing Account Recovery but can’t Apple or Find My step in to help him.

Someone hacked into my other Apple ID accounts so I know how you feel call customer service and see if they can help if you already troubleshooted you account or you might have to change your Apple ID
