Switching moms iPhone 10 from att to tmobile. She can’t remember passcodes…passwords or anything to back up her ph. Can I just switch the sims card? What will happen ?

Your mom's iCloud storage is full and she has two choices in order to create a full backup of her iPhone:
buy extra iCloud storage:--> Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support
or, perform the backup procedure on a computer running iTunes (PC) or Finder (Mac):--> if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC.

Thank u for your help. Ok I have the passcode! Ph is Not disabled. And I figured out her Apple ID & password . Now I’m trying to back up her ph but it says not enough storage. So I removed all her solitaire games & crap from iCloud in settings. Now it says 5GB of 5GB used! WTH? I don’t understand this! So I’m at my home trying to do this cause she doesn’t have wifi. I guess I’ll try to add my own credit card to her Acct to add storage. Am I just stupid? Why is this so difficult to back up her ph? Every time I try it’s some kind of obstacle
