You will not be able to install the software if it requires iOS 14.

An iPhone 6 can't be updated beyond 12.5.5, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything higher.

If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

You have an iPhone 6. Your device cannot go past iOS12.5.5. So, installing this is not an option. So, take this as a good reason to upgrade.
