AigTag won’t connect

I turned in my old work iPhone and laptop. My old company changed my Apple ID password and I don’t have access to disconnect my past AirTags. How can you help? I connected my AirTag to my business phone. I set up a specific Apple ID with my business email. *****@kpmg.com.au I have since left the company turned in my laptop and iPhone without deleting AirTag
