I can’t edit my child’s age. It is wrong. He is 17 not 6. But DOB is grey.
My son has an Apple ID but his age has never increased since I set it up. His DOB is greyed out so neither he or I can edit it. How do I change it?
If you created his Apple ID many years ago to have him as Family Sharing member, contact Apple Support directly about that, using this link:--> Get Support
