forget Apple ID password

I forgot the password for my another Apple ID, and when I choose “forget password” it ask me to verify on my Mac but nothing shows on my Mac, than it ask me my bank card number and i happen to lost my bank card, now i have a new card but it’s different number, it shows that i need to wait because i cant complete the verify, the other day i received an email but still the process and told me to wait again
