PLEASE FIX THIS APPLE!! Gallery View in Finder

FWIW, "Gallery View" replaced "Cover Flow" in macOS Catalina. I believe Path Finder still has "Cover Flow" as an option. I would ask them first.

Why is this a problem? I have a number of folders with lots of items. For example I have a folder with all my invoices. On my older computer I was able to sort the list (from newest to oldest) and rapidly go through them to find what I needed. On the newer Mac OS you only can see the icons and cannot change which order they appear. As you can see, my first invoice is from 2013 and if I want to use the gallery view I must scroll through nearly 1,000 documents.

Any chance you can change this back?
