You are currently playing videos from apple tv+ on too many devices. To continue, stop watching on one device.

Playing this on tv.apple.com in the chrome browser on windows 10.

I have 2 other apple products - one is an ipad that is currently powered off.

Nothing is playing on the other, an iphone.

Rebooting the windows host didn't affect this problem.

There are a few old ipods in the itunes associated devices - they're powered off somewhere but

I removed them anyway. No change.

How can this be fixed?

Windows, Windows 6

Is this Apple TV+ subscription shared in Family Sharing perhaps?

The Apple TV+ content can be streamed to 6 devices max. simultaneously per subscription. Download and stream shows and movies from Apple TV+ and Apple TV channels - Apple Support

Unless someone else chimes in with a new good idea, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback). They should be able to tell if there’s something off about your account, or device administration.
