Error: -69760: Unable to write to the last block of the device

I'm trying to use my external hard drive (new) but my mac does not mount it so I have been trying to erase it, use the first aid, and it does not work, so when i tried to format the hard drive, it appear this message showing this error

can't erase external hdd/ssd drive error -698252 the question is similar on S.M.A.R.T Status : Not supported - Apple Community every time i tried to erase i got error -69825 so i cant format and i got it Uninitialized. when i trying to format its often to freeze / not responding when i check. on activity monitor , so i have tried to with recovery mode and the error its same . here is the error ( attachmenets / screenshot ) when cable is plug in ( my device macbook pro m1 ) Ventura 13.2.1 when try to format / erase here is my run first aid here is my system information of usb before its drive is ntfs and can be mount on my mac , but i tried to format into exfat and then i got the error , and now when tried to format mac jornald its also same error , then tried to format apfs its also same on error , now my external drive cant be mount and cant be set for partition map . i have try to set as GUID partition map when erase the drive , but also same the error -69825 please help me !!! i have spending a lot of day and not solve , have tried more than x5 erase and take a longer time to erase but same the error. thanks in advance

Unable to mount external hard drives - error 49218 Two of my external hard drives unmounted last night. In Disk Utility I'm unable to run first aid or mount the disks. The disks are "greyed" out and unable to access. When mounting I'm getting error: (com.apple.DiskManagement.dis enter error 49218.) I also tried reformatting the disk but I'm getting error: An internal error has occurred.: (-69623) Thankfully, I have backups of both of these external disks so data recovery isn't an issue but any assistance would be appreciated. About: MacBook M1 Pro Mac OS: Ventura

From the View pop up menu, choose “Show All Devices”

The disk list should show the device with the volume below it. Select the device and try to erase that.
