Airpods pro not working after ios 15.6 update

Airpods pro is connected, functions such as pause, play, skip tracks works on both airpods but the left airpod plays music or sounds but the right airpod has no sound or music playing tried resetting reconnecting, restarting the phone, is this software (ios 15.6) or hardware issue?

Were you able to complete all the steps listed on the Apple Support page detailing the issue?

"If there's no sound in one AirPod

  1. Make sure that your charging case is fully charged.
  2. Place both AirPods in your charging case and let them charge for 30 seconds.
  3. Open the charging case near your iPhone or iPad.
  4. Check the charge status on your iPhone or iPad to make sure that each AirPod is charging.
  5. Put both AirPods in your ears.
  6. Play audio to test both AirPods.
  7. If an AirPod still isn't working, reset your AirPods or contact Apple Support."


Use the link in step 7 to contact Apple Support page if the issue continues after resetting the AirPods.

We hope this helps to get the right AirPod working normally again.
