Copy FOLDER in iCloud to a pc computer?

I am trying to copy (download) all of the contents (files and subfolders with files) on my iCloud to my PC.

However, the little download cloud is not available (does not light up or make the select hand appear) when I select the folder (or any folder). It only becomes available when I select a file.

Does anyone know how to download the folder itself with all contents (including subfolders) from iCloud to a PC?

Thank you

WES

Hi Wes,

You'll need to have iCloud for Windows installed on your computer, following these steps.

Set up and use iCloud for Windows

Cheers.

Hello

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

If we understand your post correctly, you want to know how to download a folder from iCloud to your PC. We're happy to help!

Follow the steps below:

Copy files from Windows

If you turned on iCloud Drive using iCloud for Windows on a PC, you can copy your files from the iCloud Drive folder in File Explorer. You can also copy your files from iCloud.com.
If you need help with any third-party data that is stored on iCloud, contact the app developer directly. Third-party data might use your iCloud storage, even if you can't see the details.

More information can be found in this article: Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud
