There is no threat. "Pegasus" is just a word, and a popular one at that. Anyone can use it for anything. If they have enough money, they can even trademark it.

You can't get upset by similarities in words. Otherwise, what's to stop some hacker from using words like "mds", "spotlight", or even "Safari"? Apple has professional security engineers keeping the operating system safe and secure. You don't need to go looking for things yourself.
