Persistent Pegasus Threat After Most Recent Update

I thought Pegasus was no longer an issue for Apple users. Is it typical to find: Pegasus API. Pegasus Configuration, and PegasusKit in the frameworks?

I'm running macOS Monterey Version12.5

MacBook Air (2020)

M1 Chip

All of my devices have been factory reset multiple times. Also, I factory reset my MacBook after the recent update. I'm not a developer, politician, activist, criminal, etc... Your support staff have been extremely dismissive. Please provide some transparency and guidance about the severity of this threat.

Yes. Those are installed by Apple and have been around for years.

There is no threat. "Pegasus" is just a word, and a popular one at that. Anyone can use it for anything. If they have enough money, they can even trademark it.

It looks like you may be referring to some low-level Apple frameworks. These are perfectly normal. They have nothing to do with hacking. See Can someone confirm if this is legitimate… - Apple Community

You can't get upset by similarities in words. Otherwise, what's to stop some hacker from using words like "mds", "spotlight", or even "Safari"? Apple has professional security engineers keeping the operating system safe and secure. You don't need to go looking for things yourself.
