Direct Edit of personal dictionary

Is there a way to directly edit the words my iPhone has entered into a dictionary? I assume this happens to many people, my passwords have been picked up from other apps and sometimes pop up when typing text or email. Most when the first 2 characters in a word match the first 2 of a password.

iPhone 13, iOS 15

Hi DangerousMe,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! If these are predictive text, you have a couple of options. As noted in the following article:

Turn off predictive text

  1. While editing text, touch and hold the Next Keyboard, Emoji key or the Switch Keyboard key.
  2. Tap Keyboard Settings, then turn off Predictive.
When you turn off predictive text, iPhone may still try to suggest corrections for misspelled words. To accept a correction, enter a space or punctuation, or tap Return. To reject a correction, tap the “x.” If you reject the same suggestion a few times, iPhone stops suggesting it.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.
