You can not migrate applications from a PC to a Mac. Software for Windows PCs does not run on macOS and vice-versa.

If you subscribe to software such as Adobe CC, Microsoft 365, etc. you can download Mac versions of many if the apps included in those subscriptions. Otherwise, you will have to purchase the Mac equivalents to run them on your Mac.
