Can I tell when someone added information on a numbers document that is a collaborative doc?

I have a numbers document that is a collaboration. I'd like to see the date that someone has added data. Is it possible to see when that information was added?

I don't use the collaboration functionality that much but I don't think Numbers keeps track of when someone has added data.

If you have a one-off situation where a lot of data was added and you are trying to figure out when, then you could backup the latest document and then in the menu go to File > Revert To > Browse All Versions... and look for a version before the data was added. Then you would be able to derive the date the data was added.
