Track changes in Numbers
Is it possible to track changes on a numbers spread sheet similar to track changes in a pages docemuent?

No, sorry, Numbers does not have that functionality.
Under most circumstances you can, of course, reverse changes by control-z (undo) or going to File > Revert to ... in your menu to restore an earlier version of your document, much as you would in Time Machine.
