Gyroscope and accelerometer sensors failed

I have an Apple Watch series 5 GPS+Cellular 44mm. The watch is without any scratches no fall off, perfectly maintained however all of sudden it stopped tracking heartbeat, failed to record activity, failed to wake up on wrist lift. The Apple care ran diagnostic and informed its heartbeat sensor, accelerometer and gyro sensors failed so need change my Apple Watch series 5.

Can you help me, please?
