Can not cancel speak and translate subscription within the 7 days free trial period.

I am unable to cancel the subscription of speak and translate. I received a notification that to start the free trial that can be cancelled within 7 days. This was yesterday and I am not able to find an option to cancel the subscription. All I am getting is an option to change the subscription level.

iPhone 13, iOS 15
