Black dot on 3x zoom - iPhone 13 pro

Hi. I have gotten a black dot in my pictures when using 3x. Looked for any thing that could be the issue, like scratch or something blocking it, but no scratches on the camera or something blocking it.

Think the issue lies with in the top camera. When focusing far away the black dot appears, but close up it doesn’t.

What could be the issue? And could I solve it?
