I was using every camera setting on my iPhone 13 Pro. A green dotted line suddenly emerged in 1x zoom after a brief period.Other zoom choices, such as wide and 3x zoom, function properly.Both the videos and the photographs in the gallery had dotted lines. The line looks to be black at the end of the day and is now somewhat faded.

Do the videos and the photos actually show that dotted line in the final images? If YES, then you may have a hardware issue.
(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If that does not help, then contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
