Hello, i would like to ask if theres any way to completely stop this camera flare from occurring or if theres a way to minimize it. I know there are also other topics related to it but none of it doesn't seem to help. Thanks in advance!

That looks more like a smudge on the protective glass cover than flare. Moisten a soft cloth and clean it off.
The flare is that small green dot below the street light on the first picture and above the moon in the second picture.
