Regarding my Apple ID and password

i know my Apple ID and password but I can’t open it because it will send an verification code to confirm my id and I can’t excess that phone number now and unfortunately I forget the phone number which I had used to open my Apple ID before now how can I get my id recover ??

2FA validation codes are normally sent to your Trusted Device(s) by a secure data channel, not via SMS to a specific number.


If you don’t have access to any trusted device, Click on “Didn’t Receive Code” and select a receipt method.


All of your partially-obscured Trusted Numbers will be listed. Hopefully you’ll sufficiently recognize the numbers which ARE displayed to be able to receive your code.
