Complicated question about wanting ICloud Storage for my phone and Amazon Photos for old photos & videos

  1. I have an IPhone. My phone has 128 GB of storage. So, of course, I have ICloud backing up my phone.
  2. I have Amazon Photos and I am an Amazon subscriber. So, I get unlimited Photo storage.
  3. My video storage is limited to my Amazon subscription I am billed through ICloud.
  4. I need more video storage on my Amazon subscription.
  5. There isn't an option to increase the storage I am billed through ICloud:
  7. So, I go to my Amazon Photos to get more storage.
  9. The above is telling me to go through ITunes. So, I click the link:
  10. And get back to the to #5. I need to cancel that subscription and then what? I can pay through Amazon Store? I go to the Amazon Store and this is what I get:
  12. If I click the link "Your Storage" and I go back to #7.
  13. It's a vicious cycle and I just don't know the answer!!!
  14. I don't want anything to happen to my Iphone backup online through ICloud OR my photo/videos on Amazon Photo.
  15. So confusing!! I could certainly use your help!! Thank you in advance!!!

For help with updating your subscription billed from Apple, test the steps below on your iPhone. The article here also has the information: How to switch to a different subscription plan


"Switch your subscription plan on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4. Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
  5. If you chose a subscription that you can share with family, turn on Share with Family. (Don't see Share with Family? Set up Family Sharing or join a family, then return to your list of subscriptions and turn on Share with Family.) If you don't want to share the subscription with your family, turn off Share with Family."
