Will my phone accidentally call 911 if I shout "help, call 911!" in my sleep? (NOT SOS issue)
I’ve recently been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. Normal people go into a type of paralysis when they reach REM sleep. For people with this disorder, that doesn’t happen and you physically act out your dreams. In addition to actions like punching (almost broke my hand when it slammed into a nightstand) and kicking, people with RBD will shout in their dreams. While on vacation last month, I startled a family member sharing a hotel room when I started screaming “help! Call 911!“ She later asked a very good question. If I do that again, will my phone or Alexa accidentally make that call? I ruled out Alexa but can’t seem to find the answer about my iPhone. I think I’m OK if I don’t say “Siri“. Does anyone know if this could be an issue? If so, is it something that can be disabled? Thanks for any insight!
