Instagram Reply DM With Another Person ?

Please help me or tell me the way how to reply back of my friend DM. Like when my friend DM me & i want to reply back.i click on it said that copy or report.it suppose to be when u click on DM to reply back and have emoji & the feeling right.

but my account in Instagram doesn’t have it i click on DM to reply it just said only Copy Or Report that it.please fix for me thank you so much
