Using SE 2 20W adapter for SE3 ??
I still own my SE 2 20w adapter , so I was wondering if it is safe if I use it on my SE3, considering Apple official website says SE3 uses 30w adapter.

Yes it will work just fine. Charging will be slightly slower.
