I am having trouble getting my contacts to transfer over to my new iPhone SE.
how do i get my contacts to transfer from iCloud to new SE phone?

Settings, your name, iCloud
Ensure contacts is turned on (green) and the contacts will appear on your contacts app if they are already in iCloud
