Missing "Enable messages in iCloud" + Sync of deleting conversations does not work on Mac
Hey everyone,
I know that the problem with syncing iMessage across all devices is already discussed all over the internet and in this forum. Unfortunately, I have not found a case, blog or anything else that accurately describes my two problems. Hence another thread.
My two problems:
- I have not yet found any information or complaints that on macOS Monterey, iCloud settings are simply missing from iMessage settings altogether.
- On all my devices except the AppleWatch and MacBook Pro, deleted conversations are also deleted. New messages are synced cleanly. But not the deletion.
- If I delete a conversation on the iPhone, it automatically deletes live on the iPad. And vice versa.
- But not on the MacBook Pro and AppleWatch
- That means the sync works in general, but not when deleting.
What can I do? So happy if anyone has another solution.
