Hi,
I subscribed to tv+ and started to use in via chrome browser and Samsung smart TV. Unfortunately on both I cannot see the 'watch now' button. In the Samsung TV I only see tv+, search, and setting buttons on top of the screen and this is after I added few titles to the 'up next'.
Appreciate you help.

The Apple TV+ app has less functionality than the full Apple TV app. The Watch Now tab is present in the latter only.

It depends on your model device which one of these is available to you.
It would seem unlikely and unintentional if Up Next behaved differently for some regions.
At this time, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).
When signed in to the site, the browser version should have an Up Next on Apple TV+ row, right below the top roulette promo images.
It should be very similar in the Apple TV+ app on the TV.
Verify that you are signed in to the site or app, through the Account icon or Settings sprockets icon, with the Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription. Up Next gets its data from the account.
Well, I logged in via a Chrome browser (window pc) and on the first log-in I saw the 'up next' for few seconds and then the page refreshed and the 'up next' dissappeared.
Never managed to see it again. Not sure why this happened. Is there any limitations?
Could it be because I'm still in the free trial?
Just saw the same behavior in chime on the phone. When I navigate to tv.apple.com I see the 'up next' bit it automatically refresh and navigate to tv.apple.com/il (which my account is associated to) and then the up next is dissappeared. Does it mean that up next is offered to only specific regions? Is this very weird behavioral /limitation.
The current result is that I cannot have favorites which is very basic feature.

In that case, where can I access the 'up next' (favorite) items if I do not have 'watch now'?
The tv+ tab would have its own Up Next queue list, filtered for just Apple TV+ content.

Unfortunately I do not have 'up next' queue list under tv+, the only thing I see is 'recently watched' at the bottom.
