Disabled in AppStore and ITunes

There was a mistake and my dad rang apple as there was a problem as he thought that someone was taking money out off his account but I brought a app forgetting his bank details was connected too my phone and he didn’t ask it if was me he just rang them straight away saying there’s a problem I didn’t even realise that it was me as I thought it went out off my account until I checked we was on the phone too one off your workers and they tried too help but didn’t manage too I’m just wanting too know if you can help as this has been happening since February and all my apps need updating and I can’t get onto them thank you sincerely Ellen
