Camera Failure - iPhone 12 Pro

I noticed a couple weeks ago that I could not take portrait photos, nor could I use my ultra-wide camera on my iPhone 12 Pro.

I then noticed an accompanying message in the settings (attached) for “Unknown Part”.

I’ve never had this iPhone serviced and I have babied it for the 16 or so months I have had it. I even tried a hard reset thinking it was maybe a software glitch. Restored via iTunes. Nothing works.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
