My question is that I used to have another account but I lost my phone number and I’m trynna get a way to get it back but everytime I try they tell me to go and long in but when I try I need a verification code but I can’t get it because I lost my phone number

If you haven't changed yet, you might want to look at your Apple ID details for the trusted phone number.
👉 Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
-> check your trusted phone number.
Also ask acquaintances, friends and others who may remember that phone number & look also in jour own Contacts.
