I am trying to download chime app but it’s not letting me what do I need to do?

You may want to contact Apple directly, there may be an issue with your account. Click on Get Support in the upper right hand corner of this page.
No error messages just acting like it wants to load but doesn’t. I have to put my password in each time I try to download which is werid because I have to Face ID when downloading something it goes straight to verification needed which then I have to put my password in.
What happens when you try? Any error messages?
