Refurbished Airpods Pro

Can I remove an Apple-Id from my AirPods Pro? I bought them refurbished and now the old owner can still see the location of his Airpods..

We'd love to assist you with resolving your AirPods issue. Let's complete the steps listed here:Turn on the Find My network for AirPods (3rd generation), AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max - Apple Support or below to get them assigned to your Apple ID account.


  1. "Wear your AirPods, and make sure they’re connected to your device.
  2. Go to Settings  > Bluetooth, then tap the Actions Available button next to your AirPods.
  3. Scroll down, then turn on Find My Network."
