MDM on my phone, how to minimize data theft and stalker’s control with it?

Hi, found an MDM on my personal iphone 11 that I purchased brand new from my mobile carrier on contract (has not always been on phone) . My apple password has been changed and Apple is making me wait almost a month to recover it because my number was removed as trusted from my apple acct even though I can verify everything but the text to prove my identity.

I have only one device but sometimes certain settings say “all your devices” when normally it just says “this device”? For example; when deleting a photo. How do I keep my data and phone secure and private from whoever installed this MDM? I cant install new apps or restore phone to factory settings as it wants my password to set it up again so I'm stuck waiting rn, its very frustrating being stalked, airtag has been another issue.
