iPhone can’t send images o Android iOS 15.6

The previous answers to this question say to go to Settings > Messages and turn in MMS. On 15.6 this option does not appear. I noticed the problem after a 15->15.6 upgrade.

You need to contact your phone carrier MMS is their feature.
